We’ve recently welcomed Peter Oakley to our team and after a few weeks of settling in at CSS we thought we’d catch up with him and ask him a few questions so you can get to know him better.

Peter Oakley

Business Development Director at CSS!

What are you looking to achieve at CSS? What are your long-term goals?

In essence I am most looking forward to developing and leading a motivated, content team; cultivating and nurturing relationships with our existing and future customers and building on the reputation we already have as a customer-experience focused solution provider with an unrelenting pursuit of excellence.

Fundamentally, contributing to the sustainable growth and success that our clients and the team at CSS deserve is my ultimate objective.

Hobbies/Interests?

Outside of work I’m always on the go. I have an 11 year old son so my time is hyper-focused on Football, Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), cross fit type training, Ju Jitsu, bouldering and bushcraft!

Aside from that I enjoy travelling and I’m a bit of a film buff so any excuse to go to the cinema!

What are your initial impressions of the team at CSS?

The team are great, they’ve been welcoming and supportive at every stage. There’s a really good vibe in the office and everyone genuinely gets on!

Is there a project or sector you are particularly excited to work on/with?

I’m looking forward to the development of Pro-Cloud within the Public Safety environment. The explosion of interest once every service understands the advantages of the solution and the benefits they’ll experience as a result of the adoption of Pro-Cloud is an exciting concept, and as a former front-line worker in the emergency services I’m immensely proud to be part of that evolution.

As part of our growth strategy, this year we will branch-out into other industries which presents a crucial chapter in CSS’s journey.

Everyone at CSS is excited to have Pete on board and we can’t wait to see what he will accomplish as a member of the team.
