Issuing Prescriptions

Prescriptions are detailed using the manufacturers configuration sheets where required and are produced and uploaded to TCES Wheelchair as a prescription document. Any assessments without prescriptions, and uploaded prescriptions that have not been ordered are highlighted to administrative staff when they login to the system.

When a prescription has been issued, it is sent directly to the equipment manufacturer to be completed. On all prescription orders TCES Wheelchair handles voucher generation, redemption and close loop financials.
