All standard off the shelf stock items are ordered through TCES Wheelchair and are processed/delivered in a speedy fashion. Depending on the service the order is fulfilled either through an approved repairer or the wheelchair service itself. Wheelchairs will be ordered as new or via the recycled catalogue.
All orders can be tracked electronically, keeping the service, service users and carers continually updated.
